Phantom Of The Opera gimmick?
 

I just watched that new phantom of the opera movie (which was very good by the way) and it got me thinking wasnt there a character that was a rip off of the phantom of the opera character im sure there was but im not sure.

Undertaker wore a Phantom type mask after Yokozuna squashed his face. Not sure if that's what you are thinking of.

That was Maestro. He was suppossed to be a big deal and he had some cool ideas for the gimmick, but WCW never did anything with him.

I thought Dustin Rhodes "dark" character in WCW was to kinda portray it as well.
