They didnt test for performance enhancers until the ATP was formed

So I dunno what the deal is. If hes telling the truth thats pretty dumb to not know what the drug you're taking is.

That still happens all the time though. A lot of the doping charges for track and field come from little shit that is just in like daily vitamins, they are told not to take any supplements of any kind because you never know when some random thing you will be taking has something illegal in it. I guess thats a little bit different, but meh.
