I'm gonna have to go with Lloyd Christmas, with his lawyer character in Liar,Liar coming in at a close second. I always liked Ace Ventura, but just not as much as when he's just a regular idiot as opposed to a "character" idiot.

Ace though he was much funnier in the first movie.
