Couple of questions
 

NoRoolz asked these questions in the official thread and I thought I would take them out and put them into the forum since it didn't seem like they were going to get answered.

1) What is Foley's beef with Sandman?
2) I heard somewhere that Sandman has been to rehab/jail, for what reasons? If true?
