Out with an illness. It's not likely that he'll return to action again.

I read somewhere, that he had an illregular heart beat. So he had doctors stop his heart and restart it again, in order to make it function regularly. Now, he's not sure when he'll be able to compete, and will probally most likely never compete again.

At least he went out a champion.

He was great, heel or face... my fav was his short run as a Face commish when SCSA was heel, I think with the Alliance and it was after SCSA droped Angle on his head on concrete and SCSA came in to Regals office for something and Regal threatend to kick the crap out of him, and SCSA backed down... it's the only time as a heel, I really remember SCSA tucking the tail between his legs.

There was something involving blod clots going on. This could also involve easy bruising.

He used to get nose bleeds quite often, was that anything to do with it?

Nah that was a nasal problem he got sorted, this problem was from what i've read from years of abusing his body i.e drugs and stuff.

Basically, Regal had ****ed up his body so much over the years that he got a bunch of different ailments, starting with the tapeworm from the India tour and then worsening.

Chances are that he'll never wrestle again, because by the time he gets completely well, he'll probably be a bit too old, but I'd definitely love to see him back as a manager or something like that.

I hope to one day see Regal in hte ring.
A really great wrestler, very admired in the locker room so i'm led to beleive.
Altho he was manily a heel, he could still be a face, like the time in the invasion angle when he explained to DDP that he and Chris Kanyon (I think) will b defending their titles against taker and kane...oh, and by the way, its a steel cage match

Oh god, I rememember the moment VEL talker about, good god was that awesome.

Yeah, it was blood clotting that was the problem, it made him gain like 40 pounds because it was so messed. He's the man, hope to see him back soon.
