Saw Kings of Leon last night.
 

I hadn't really heard much of their stuff, but my friend called me up about 2 hours before the gig started and asked me if I wanted to go, so I thought why not, I didn't have to pay anything.

The support was some shitty group called The Features, one kid there said before it started that he prefered them to KoL, which is a complete joke.

The gig lasted about 3 hours, KoL played for 2 of those, and were really good. Gonna go and get their albums later, thats how good they were. From hearing little of their work to buying their albums, they must be doing something right.

So yeah.

In other other news, check out the new Dredg album, "catch without arms." waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better (though, it doesn't come close to El cielo)

Kings of Leon have always struck me as one of the dullest bands in existence. I doubt that opinion's likely to change anytime soon.

:/ I kinda like them. "Wasted Time" and "Molly's Chambers" isn't bad.

Gotta make a choice between Kings Of Leon or Sleater Kinney at Reading
