yea, When guys refer to a "pencil," in wrestling, they are usually talking about a "booker." Bubba is saying he would break the Masterlock by "writing" him off the show, i.e. erasing him from the booking sheet.

I bet half the people do not get it.

Yeah, wasn't sure if he meant that or not - as I didn't know the context of the whole interview [or at least what he said after that line].
