WWE Announcer Mean Gene Okerlund and WWE Legends Bobby Heenan and Roddy Piper will be signing autographs at WWE Niagara on July 22 at 4 p.m. Before that, however, Roddy Piper will host a special Piper's Pit at 3:30.
