Im basing my vote on potential and the all mighty legend killer gimmick and I don't really like Eddie guerrero's character outisde the ring(drugs,booze and who knows what else)

a) Talent NOW > "Potential" that hasn't ripened into talent in 3 years

b) Eddie Guerrero is clean and has been clean for quite awhile.

I am just clarifying before you try and shoot down Eddie's out-of-ring character when he has fought his demons for awhile now and is winning.
