Rate the Tag Team - Day 19 - The Impact Players

http://www.obsessedwithwrestling.com...players/04.jpg

Well, well well!!! Here we are for Day 19 of RATE THE TAG TEAM ladies and germs. Last time we rated one of the most popular tag teams in the history of wrestling, The Hardy Boyz. They cracked the top ten placing them at number 6 just under Harlem Heat by scoring a 90. Maybe one day we will see them together again.

Today we have a team that is ECW born and bred. They are two time ECW tag team champions and are managed by Dawn Marie and Jason. They actually were never beaten for those titles. This team dominated everyone that came in their path and were a perfect blend of brawling and technical wrestling. They recently had a small reunion at ECW ONS by interfering in the main event. They're not just the coolest, they're not just the best, they're Justin Credible and Lance Storm, The Impact Players!

I loved them, they single handedly (or double handedly) saved the ECW Tag Divison after The Dudleys left. They also just had that certain...IT...about them that was great to watch. Probably one of my top dozen favorite tag teams of all time.

god they were great. A prime example of two mid-card guys that were so much better together then they were apart. They had all the tools you need to be a great heel tag team

4...Two boring wrestlers formed an, at times, watchable tag team.

That's from Calgary.............................................. Alberta Canada....

And that my friends, is Justin Credible......

I don't know why, but I always loved that line.

Maybe it is just me and KoOS in this boat, but they're really nothing special. No doubt they had some good tag matches, but so has just about every tag team out there - whether or not they themselves were great. Anyhow, a 4 from me.

I was always a big mark for the guys when they were together in ECW, not so much when they were solo in the WWE......

A little overrated, also did not really have that long of a stay at the top of the tag division.
