- Last night's edition of "Raw" scored a 3.8 cable rating. Last week's show posted a 3.75 composite rating. We should have weekend numbers soon.

- New developmental diva Shelly Martinez (known on the west coast as Desire) debuted in Ohio Valley Wrestling 7/29 as the co-manager (along with Beth Phoenix) of Aaron Stevens.

- WWE Stocks closed the day at 12.45, a 2.72% increase over yesterday's closing. The day's range was 12.17 - 12.54.

- We have received reports that Matt Striker sign a developmental contract with WWE last night.

- Reports also have Northeastern independent worker Mo Sexton being offered a WWE developmental deal.

- Batista vs. Randy Orton is the new main event for the 8/13 London, Ontario Smackdown house show in Canada, with Orton replacing Muhammad Hassan.

- WMOR-TV in Florida is doing a giveaway for tickets to the 8/28 WWE event in St. Petersburg, FL.

I'd love to, but don't they still require a degree in sports journalism or something?

Forgive me if I'm not 100% convinced that that's a legit E-Mail address for someone to apply for a WWE job.

I would want to see a Nora DVD. She worked with a lot of top names and worked for WCW during the hard times. She is also someone who people haven't been bored stupid hearing talk.

I love Nora. I'm getting that DVD. :D

Nora is my favorite women's wrestler, if she's still competing. There was just something about her wrestling style I liked even in her WCW days. :o
