Wouldn't be the first time Vince got snipers for Bret Hart.

Tonight on the evening news...

News woman: Wrestler Shawn Michaels was seen with pigs flying out of his ass as he shook Bret Hart's hand. And on a related note, the center core of the earth seemed to drop below 32 degrees at the exact moment that Vince McMahon apologized to Mr. Hart.

Gouda 08-03-2005 02:26 PM

Wow. I went to WWE.com this morning not expecting anything really, but then Bret's pic appeared and I was just

Then I realized it's probably just for the DVD.

Former WWE Champion Bret Hart has arrived at WWE Headquarters. The “Hit Man” will be meeting with WWE officials regarding the possibility of an upcoming DVD. Hart will be in Stamford for the remainder of the week. WWE.com will have further updates as more information becomes available.

HE IS ACTUALLY THERE!

Pegasus Crawford 08-03-2005 05:40 PM

I'd stick £100 on Shawn shaking Bret's hand.

The One 08-03-2005 06:14 PM

I literally had to go poop the moment I read that. I think that was the first time someone actually shocked the shit out of me.

kinglacoste 08-03-2005 07:27 PM

By that logic, Triple H hasn't beaten Goldberg straight up either.

MVP 08-04-2005 12:26 AM

What Bret doesn't know is that the DVD will be very short. Only featuring his loss to HBK at WM12, and Montreal. I will not be buying that DVD.

It's not logic. It's a clear as day factoid.

Well, that's an hour and a half, anyways. Not horrible. ;)

Zen v.W.o. 08-04-2005 12:36 AM

I cant imagine Bret volunteering for a piece on just that anyways..but I really do hope they release different dvd's about him.

Nark Order 08-04-2005 12:43 AM

Who knows, he might sign now that Hebners gone. :shifty:

Fox 08-04-2005 12:48 AM

Since Bret can't wrestle anymore, what would you all think of a return in a non-wrestling role? Would it be demeaning for a legend like Bret Hart to return to the company that screwed him in a small capacity? Or would it just be awesome?

I personally wouldn't mind seeing Bret as the GM of Smackdown. It could lead to some interesting angles and we all know SD needs more star power. Hell, I'd even like for him to relieve Jerry Lawler or Jim Ross at the announce table.

Hogan pins Michaels after the Big Leg and gets the three count. Suddenly, the guitar squeal hits the speakers, and the 1/10 of the audience that knows what that means anymore go absolutely bonkers. He comes down to the ring, grabs a microphone and says that there was a slow count (despite the fact that there clearly wasn't) and that the match has to be re-started (despite the fact that he has no authority storyline-wise). Shocked, Hogan turns around right into the SCM and gets pinned.

Drakul 08-04-2005 01:26 AM

Since HBK is heel and a some people are expecting Bret Hart to return. Why not do this at some point? :shifty:
http://content.ytmnd.com//80000/80187/sound.mp3

Gouda 08-04-2005 01:51 AM

Hart can come back and manage Matt Hardy. :shifty:
