UK Royal Rumble on Setanta Sports???
 

Anybody know why the rumble is on Setanta Sports in the UK and not on the Sky Box Office. I hear its got something to do with pricing but setanta have charged me 15.99 to veiw this ppv, thats 1.00 more than box office. either way i will get to see the rumble but just curious as to the change.

Maybe Sky just can't be bothered about the ones formerly on channel 4,i know it seems harsh but Armageddon wasn't on either i think.

Can someone tell me if we have to pay for Setanta Sports like a monthly fee, like as in subscribing to get a new channel, like MUTV?

This is still on all the PPV video-on-demand items on ShopZone, they cost roughly a tenner, so I'm hoping they keep that on when the Rumble becomes available.

I don't know why they have 2 channels though,its like they have 2 programmes on per month,and they're usually Scottish football.:wtf::(

I went back to my brothers house after the pub last night and started watching the preview show. The preview show finished and the first 15 minutes showed for free. I thought I was going to get the whole PPV for free but it went off right at the start of the Rey Mysterio/Jamie Noble fight. I was into the event so I ran home and ordered it, didn't get to bed until 4am and then had to be up by 7am.

When the event finished I realised I could have ordered a re-run another day. Bah. Anyway it was a good event, and the transmission didn't screw up at any point so Setanta did OK. They could lower the price though :y:
