Not much is known on the Evil Dead remake at the moment. Aside from the original announcment I think theres not much else that has been said.

Check Campbells website though. Hes changed his page about Evil Dead 4. It used to simply say "Will There We An Evil Dead IV?.....NO" and now hes changed it to add an explanation as to why there won't be one soon, but by the looks of it, they definately want to make it.
