Smackdown headed by Paul Heyman
Raw headed by Eric Bischoff

Both ultimately answerable to Vince but with complete control of their own product in terms of who to push and how. Their intense hatred of each other should be enough to help them strive to bet one another and would give the programming an edge that hasn't been there since Raw and Nitro were going head to head. Talent could be poached by one head booker from the other and would generally help to make a more dynamic product.

Apart from his gigantic ego, is there any real reason why Vince hasn't done this?

The WWE doesn't want interbrand competition. Why? I dunno. It would really be awesome to see. Anyway, Paul Heyman was taken off the SmackDown! creative team because he listened in to a RAW meeting, which I think is stupid. The WWE should be doing everything to imptove its product.

BTW **Marks the Fuck Out** being on the Jobber Killer's list.
