Update on Ashley's phone number
August 16, 2005

Ashley would like to thank all the fans that have attempted to call her to show their support. The response has been overwhelming. Unfortunately, there have been many fans who have mistakenly dialed wrong numbers. Out of respect for the privacy of those people who have been contacted in error by fans, Ashley has been advised to shut down her telephone number. However, Ashley would still like to remain in contact with her fans. Instead of calling, please e-mail her at ashley@wwe.com. Also, keep visiting WWE.com to get the latest on Ashley’s activities as the newest RAW Diva.

The number she showed was probably one of her ex's or a guy/girl that pissed her off. What a great revenge... even though she could get sued over it :o

Well, I just hope anyone that for whatever reason voted on the diva competition, and might have voted for the girl based on that has learned a lesson. I think most of us saw this coming from miles away.

It was her boyfriend's phone, technically, but she talked on it, and no ill will between her and her boyfriend has been reported.

It did say Austin's voicemail. But Tuesday, I called again, and it said the mailbox for "Hi guys, this is Ashley, sorry I couldn't answer, but we're about to get on the plane to go to Montreal and they don't let us have our phones on on the plane, so I'll--" at which point I hung up. So I guess circuits did get jammed that first night.
