I was impressed by his promo on Smackdown tonight. Short, to the point, and sounds like something other than a retarded snowman. Good for him.

I don't remember what exactly he said (I wasn't looking to transcribe or anything...), but he did calls JBL on running away, and goes on to counter JBL's Guarantee with one of his own. IT was short, to the point, and had some decent intensity.

Good. Hopefully the writers have finally realized that ppl don't want to see Batista to cut a long promo, we just want to see him beat the shit out of fuckers

That was the best line ever spoken by Batista. I have to admit, I would prefer he not open his mouth (unless it's in an interview-type situation, NOT a wrestling promo). Most of the time, it sounds like they're trying to force words out of him. But that million dollar body...that's another story.

He essentially needs to be booked like Goldberg was in WCW...

Maybe I should've been more clear on that. I meant keep the talking to a minimum and just go out and kick ass... showcase the positives hide the negatives essentially... If Batista just comes out and says something quick and to the point like he did this week it hides his lack of mic skills. Much as they did with Goldberg in WCW at the beginning.
