Which WWE biograhical DVD is your favourite?

Which DVd have you preferred the most, out of the ones released in the last few of years?

Destor 08-24-2005 09:21 PM

The matches on the Benoit blow the ass out of most of the others.

Joey Slugs 08-24-2005 09:54 PM

the Ric Flair one by far (until they release the Bret DVD).

Not to change the subject, but how bad ass were those Steamboat Flair matches?

redoneja 08-24-2005 09:59 PM

The Flair DVD followed very very fuckin closely by the Beniot DVD.

BTW destor18, the Steamboat/Flair matches reminded me of sex. Lasted at least an hour, and leaves you amazed and wanting a cigarette. :shifty:

I really didn't like Flair's compared to the others cause it didn't tell a story with Flair being interviewed like the rest. The ECW one is my favorite by far

Impeccable 08-25-2005 04:35 AM

I chose other...for the Mick Foley one.:D

Unless I'm a dick and it was on the list but I couldn't see it!

hmmm...i knew I forgot at least 1.
prolly could've put The Rock's one up there too but...ah well..

FUCK! I forgot RVD's! - ahhh, it was only average tho

SuperSlim 08-25-2005 08:21 AM

ECW is the fav.

Benoit follows closely then there is Eddie. The Flair one was aight. Trish's was meh. The one they did for Cena was aight. I just like watchin those old heel rhymes he did like the ones on Brock and Taker were classic. RVD's was good for watchin those old matches. Mick's was pretty good.

Xero 08-25-2005 09:18 AM

My top 5, in order...

5. Flair's
4. LOD's
3. Mick Foley's
2. Shawn Michaels: From the Vault
1. The Rise and Fall of ECW

Also, you forgot Undertaker's...

Hard Knocks: The Chris Benoit Story

Astley316 08-25-2005 01:37 PM

I aint got many of these but i saw the Eddie Guerrero one on sky tv, and it was really intresting, and in sightful to what he went through

Jordan 08-25-2005 02:20 PM

I haven't seen any of them.

LK 08-25-2005 05:12 PM

Rise and Fall of ECW followed by the Benoit DVD. For those who have it, is the Eddie DVD any good?

Team Sheep 08-25-2005 05:36 PM

It's not WWE, but the Bret Hart: Wrestling with Shadows DVD was really interesting. It had exclusive footage of Bret going in to Vince's office just before the Survivor Series match with a wire on and cool stuff like that. I recommend it. :y:

El Santo 08-26-2005 10:15 AM

Wait a minute... is ECW really "biographical"? A biography is really a person's life story, right. It's more archival or historical, I think.

Anyway, I went with Flair.

Dave Youell 08-26-2005 10:25 AM

The Benoit one is awesome

But ECW all the way

Why isn't the Monday Night Wars on there? That was an awesome DVD

Just John 08-26-2005 11:53 AM

Rey Mysterio 619 gave you a good insight to his family life and it showed you his home and cool stuff like that, but from the vault had some real good matches on it.

The documentary itself is excellent, and there are quite a few good matches on it (vs. Malenko @ Hostile City Showdown, vs. Jericho @ Fall Brawl, Mask vs. Title vs. Rey Rey @ Havoc, Ladder Match vs. RVD from RAW, vs. Benoit @ Vengeance 03) So, yeah, I'd recommend it.

Joey Slugs 08-28-2005 04:26 PM

I'm thinking about renting "Boyhood Dream" from blockbuster.com but I want to know if it's worth my time. I'm slowly getting my girl into wrestling (she's now a HBK mark.. "He's hot!") and she wanted to see the iron man match vs Bret. Does that dvd have the entire match?

They also have "From the Vault", but only disc 2 is available.

Evil Vito 08-28-2005 04:30 PM

To be honest I haven't seen very many of them...but out of the ones I've seen the top 2 are Flair and ECW.......I liked the Flair DVD more, though

mrslackalack 08-31-2005 04:32 PM

Top 5

1. It will be Bret
2. Flair
3. 80's
4. Mick Foley
5. Benoit
