Time to list all of the matches that wrestling fans just gush over, yet for some reason or other you never had a chance to see them.

For me two easily come to mind. I can solve the problem with just purchasing one DVD, but anyways....

Chris Benoit vs. Bret Hart (Owen tribute match)

Chris Benoit vs. William Regal (Brian Pillman Tribute Show)

I can't believe I can call myself a smart mark without having seen Savage/Steamboat, but... There ya go.

Bret vs. Owen WrestleMania X (Although I HAVE seen it, it was when I was a very dumb mark and I can't remember anything about it.)

I'm sure there are many others, but those come to mind.

Anything from NWA including Flair's matches

HBK vs. Razor Ramon Ladder match at Summerslam (Wrestlemania rematch)

The Pillman tribute match is one of the greatest in ring matches ever.

the HBK/Bret Hart Iron Man Match was amazing I have it taped somewhere.. right now i'm watching Survivor Series 97' but after that I might have to dig out the Iron Man Match..

Sting/Flair 1st COTC and GAB 90. I have always wanted to see them.

The "Classic" Sting/Vader Matches

Savage/Steamboat

But I've seen pretty much every other "big" WWE match.

The only ones I can think of would be...

Match 3 of 7 in the Benoit/Booker series. (I saw all the others)

Hogan/Rock...I own Mania X-8 on DVD, I ordered the PPV, and I have tried to watch it several times now, but it always seems like half way through the match something comes up and I have to leave...so I have seen half of it.

I think those two are the only "Greatest blah blah blah" matches I havn't seen yet. I don't feel too terribly bad about it either I guess.

Hart/HBK...never in my life have I actually seen the screwjob....

I know the GAB 90 match is actually an extra on the GAB 05 DVD that just came out, so there ya go.


As far as the best match I havn't seen is the Benoit/Regal match from the Pillman Memorial show. Also another match I have heard is good that I havn't seen is the Flair/Perfect retirement match from RAW.

I've yet to see Warrior vs. Rude or Warrior vs. Savage

Warrior vs. Savage @ WM VII was awesome. Perhaps it would be cheesy now because of all of the emotional stuff that happened, but I still recommend you checking it out.

what are you talking about? I've never seen them. The thread is matches you've never seen and apparently Savage pushed Warrior to a watchable match. So technically for Warrior that would be one of his "greatest" matches ever.

Actually Warrior vs. Savage stole the show at WM VII so I would consider it a great match. Anyone who would say otherwise I feel just hates the participants.
