Who attacked Ric Flair?
 

I know, I know, it's pretty obvious that either Shawn Michaels attacked Flair, or Flair was faking it all along, and we're going to see the two face off against each other in the future, but I personally think that this angle could really be played out to get a new star over.

Flair is well respected, anyone that brutalises him gets instant heat. Personally, I think this is too greater opportunity to pass up. Who would you have revealed as Ric Flair's attacker?

Right now, I'm leaning towards CM Punk. How awesome would it be to have Ric Flair go out to the ring on RAW, cut a promo demanding respect, and demanding the person who attacked him to reveal themselves. CM Punk's music hits and he makes his way to the ring for a promo with Flair. Flair vs. Punk would be intense shit. You could have Punk play the disrespectful rookie, or you could make this feud about CM Punk respecting Ric, claiming that Triple H has put a veil over Ric Flair's eyes, and the only way CM Punk could get Flair's attention would be to beat the shit out of him.

I could see it being someone like Paul London, Damaja, Rob Conway or Eugene. Someone under the radar, trying to make a name for themselves.

Maybe its going to be a Veterans vs Rookies match at Survivor Series. It has been metioned before.

a. HBK's face turn was an extended swerve to get him some more heel heat, when he sided with Carlito & Masters.

b. Flair faked it so he could form a new team with Carlito & Masters.
