I got the Starsky & Hutch DVD...
 

...and it says that there is commentary with the director, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson but when I turn the commentary on, it's only the director, does anyone know anything about this?

They probly come in with their commentary later on in the movie.

There might be another track for them as well. More likely, Joey's right.
