Smackdown Premiere online

SmackDown’s Friday night premier will have its first hour of the show preempted by the Hurricane Katrina concert on UPN. However, WWE announced today that they will be showing the show’s first hour on WWE.com. The second hour will then air on UPN that same night at 9pm.

So it is a 2 hour show after all.

I'm glad there doing personally, not having my six hour minimal of new wrestling a week would be a travesty.

It's TECHNICALLY 2 hours.

However, they're only getting 1 hr of air time.

They're only showing one hour on UPN (Air time) and the other hour will be on the 'net.

Great way to kick off a debut in a new time slot. Jesus, why don't they get the hint that Smackdown is now a secondary program?

Kane Knight 09-06-2005 02:48 PM

"Is now a...?"

Chavo Classic 09-06-2005 02:50 PM

Secondary... you know, its not deserving of a good slot in the television schedules. It's a second-rate television show used as a filler between prime time and midnight tv. Besides it was a rhetorical question so i don't expect an answer

Corkscrewed 09-06-2005 04:33 PM

Psst. He meant the "is now" part. :shifty:

Chavo Classic 09-06-2005 04:36 PM

Psst. Got ya. :y:
