The list is greatly appreciated. A couple of updates, in addition to the ones mentioned before:

Brian Black is on SD now as Palmer Cannon. Ditto Paul Burchill (except for the Palmer Cannon bit). Matt Striker and Johnny Parisi are on RAW now.

Johnny Parisi is on RAW? You mean associated with RAW and stuck in Heat. ;)

Soon enough, he'll be brought to RAW as fodder for someone like Vis.

Just wanted to point out that neither The Rock nor Mick Foley are under contract with the WWE.
