Was that the PPV Austin broke his neck? I see he was at the next PPV. When did he get surgery and go through rehab?

Austin got his neck broken at SummerSlam 97, in a IC Title Match with Owen. I believe he came back and beat Owen at Survivor Series 97, but I'm not too sure.

Survivors Series is when Bret tapped to HBK's amazing Sharpshooter.
