So, after trying the Lifedrive, I got the Axim 30, all suped up, bluetooth keyboard and hard case.

Quickly learned, it wasn't big enough for what I need, so I have an expensive paperweight.

Anyway, decided today to take it while watching some football, figured I'd like to check some ffb scores and bets while games were going. So, hadn't used it in a month, wouldn't turn on, charged it, turned on and bingo... everything gone.

WTF, it doesn't store stuff somewhere? Not that I had anything I cared about, but makes me happy I'm not using this for work.

side question, anyone know a good place to sell the thing? I'm sure I'll take a $100-$200 loss, but better then nothing.

why don't you send it back to dell and get the hard drive replaced. Sounds like thats the problem. Or use your restore CDs that came with it on it to see if you can get it running again.
