...automatically he kills that legend? I mean, thats baffling. If he defeated a 'legend' in a match or two, sure...legend killed. But if he randomly runs in and RKO's someone, i dont consider that a death of a legend. If that was the case, should Orton just RKO everyone backstage and become a roster killer? If he kills all legends, doesnt that in fact...make him a legend? Would he have to kill himself?

Well, if Orton RKO's them, and the legend doesn't get revenge, then he's had the last move, meaning he won. So that's why he didn't add Taker to his list until Summerslam.

If Orton beats them in a match at a PPV and its the last match they'll have, then he's technically 'killed them'.

But Taker still isn't on the list as Taker has recently beat Orton and Taker can't die anyway...:shifty:

So then Taker is exempt because he cant die. Does that also mean Hogan is exempt because he is Immortal?

Dont get me wrong, im a huge fan of Orton and his gimmick. I just feel they should get him over a different way than a simple RKO. The Foley fued worked because he got multiple victories and the WWE made it seem like Orton simply had his number, but more recently he jobs to a Legend, but RKO's then and BAM! Legend killed...

I don't think you understand the gimmick, even though i've just explained it to you.

the legend killer is his gimmick. His other rolews be it heel or face or tweener are storylines.

Usually when Orton "kills" a Legend - they are off air after that incident...or come back for one last hooray..

I really just think they're looking for ways to add names to the shirt. You're not "supposed" to get hung up on minor details such as logic. Just a thought.
