Hardcore Holly?

I'm lost, exactly why is Holly the most hated wrestler on the entire roster?

Drakul 10-08-2005 05:27 AM

He hurt people just for the sake of being an ass.Called it "Paying your dues".

Morgan 10-08-2005 07:25 AM

The reason right now....

He pushed Mr Kennedy, unprovoked.

.......Kennedy.

Chavo Classic 10-08-2005 08:57 AM

Because he's a liability in the ring and behind the scenes. He does his best to look new people look bad (Lesnar) or just plain abuses them (Dupree, Capotelli)

Nark Order 10-08-2005 12:56 PM

Just a pure asshole. Is bitter that he doesn't have enough charisma to further himself in the business so he takes his frustration out on people that do.

CharismaInjection 10-08-2005 01:44 PM

I hate him because he brutally assaulted Rene Dupree, really, no work. He just hit him with a chair stiff in a tag match, and Rene, battered and bruised ran away, honestly scared for his life.

loopydate 10-08-2005 02:31 PM

He tried to dead-weight Lesnar (which is why he broke his neck) to make Lesnar look bad. He intentionally injured Carlito, Rene Dupree, Matt Cappotelli, and others.

Speaking of Cappotelli, did you not see the Tough Enough III incident between those two? Plus, he's boring as hell in the ring and on the mic.

CharismaInjection 10-08-2005 02:53 PM

Haven't you noticed that he always slaps people as soon as he gets in the ring. He does that move intentionally to hurt them.

Afterlife 10-08-2005 07:06 PM

So, he's a dick. :)

VonErich Lives 10-08-2005 07:29 PM

I didn't know he injured Carlito, how did he do that one?

As for Dupree, wasn't there a story that someone in the WWE asked him to do it, to punish Dupree for something?

LK 10-08-2005 07:34 PM

In fairness to Holly the Carlito incident was actually an accident. He threw Carlito over the top rope, CCC fell wrong and he dislocated his shoulder.

He's still a dickhead.

Something about plane tickets I heard

loopydate 10-08-2005 11:14 PM

But there's a reason that, of everyone on that roster, Holly was the one they asked.

I thought that it was over Dupree borrowing Holly's rental car and damaging the thing before handing it back. Holly was naturally pissed.

loopydate 10-11-2005 12:25 AM

I'd be pissed too, but taking it out on the guy like that would be incredibly unprofessional.

FourFifty 10-11-2005 12:53 AM

Holly is a tough guy, and he's a bully... However, I seriously don't think he meant to break his own neck or seriously hurt anyone. Yes, Holly slaps people and it hurts, but Ric Flair's chops and The Big Show's slaps in the corner hurts also. You can't have a good match without comming out sore. Yeah, the idea is as little pain as possible, but it doesn't always work out like that.

I just dislike him because he's a crappy wrestler.

loopydate 10-11-2005 01:01 AM

You clearly never saw the Tough Enough where he stiffed Cappotelli.

And, he didn't intend to break his neck, but he intended to make Brock look bad by deadweighting him. Unfortunately for Bob, Brock was freakishly strong and able to pick him up for the powerbomb despite Bobcore trying to weigh him down.

And that kick to the head that followed was Karma at its best. You can tell on Brock's baby head that he was satisfied right after it.

Bob "SparkyHardBaldcore" Holly is the biggest ass on the roster. He's been with the company soooooo long he thinks he's god. Problem is...he sucks. He's not a good wrestler even when he was in his prime and he's well past his prime now. He's too old, too stubborn, and a total ass. I wish someone would break his neck and he'd die.

Chavo Classic 10-11-2005 08:41 AM

I don't think he's that bad a wrestler. He's never really botched a move (well, accidently) or made any notable mistakes. Although he isn't anything special either - he lacks the charisma and/or wit to get over in the industry and is just deadweight to the company

SAMEER 10-24-2005 12:47 PM

i dont understand why vince made him headline RoyalRumble i dont know but all i know is he is a sucker ?

Ninti the Mad 10-30-2005 01:28 PM

I enjoyed the holly/crash feud when they would fight all over the buildings.

That's when Holly was at his best. Let him and Al Snow whack each other in the head with cookie sheets. But don't try to pass him off as a legitimate contender to the WWE Title.
