Anybody here listen to any old RnB
Love to hear what you guys listen to. Gets the ladies in the mood.
"Between the Sheets" by the Isley Brothers always works for me. I listen to more modern RnB as well like John Legend and Angie Stone, but the classics always rule |
The only R and B that I listen to is Prince, and I think the only reason why he is given that label is because he is black.
Prince's stuff up to the early 90's (pre freaky symbol) was excellent. I heard Musicology was good, but I've only heard the one song off the album. |
Prince is pretty sick
|
I listen to a lot of Ray Charles...
|
Bill Withers
Marvin Gaye The Rev Al Green Sam Cooke Curtis Mayfield Stevie Wonder Sly and the Family Stone Etc, etc, etc.. D'Angelo "Brown Sugar" is also a quality album.. |
Kris P's list is quite good. Sam Cooke has one of the best voices in "pop" music history.
