Who's been the most injury-free wrestler right now?

wow I can't word titles really good. Regardless...

Kane Knight 11-09-2005 09:56 AM

Austin. Of course, backing out every time they want him to lose probably helps. :shifty:

Gertner 11-09-2005 09:58 AM

eddie guerrero

Nark Order 11-09-2005 10:21 AM

Has Big Show ever been injured?

CharismaInjection 11-09-2005 10:56 AM

Christian was until he injured his back last year in his cage match with Jericho.

Taker Fan 11-09-2005 11:14 AM

I'd say Jericho

redoneja 11-09-2005 11:27 AM

Im gonna say The Rock. Only time I can remember him taking off was for movies.

hb2k 11-09-2005 11:38 AM

Snitsky. For a guy with such a high-risk style, he sure is lucky to still be walking.

Morgan 11-09-2005 11:47 AM

To mind, not including now obviously, Jericho has been going constantly since he debuted in wwe I think.

McLegend 11-09-2005 11:50 AM

Ric Flair

The Fugitive 11-09-2005 11:54 AM

Yeah, I'm going to say Jericho as well. He has even said it himself - the only major injury he's ever had was a broken arm when he was wrestling in SMW.

mrslackalack 11-09-2005 12:32 PM

It was RVD until 04.

I could of sworn he had time off when he had his Lypo, before his title push

And here's one to think about:

Jeff Hardy

Disturbed316 11-09-2005 02:32 PM

The Rock had leaky boobs :(

The Gooch 11-09-2005 03:36 PM

Funaki

Nope. Jeff's broken numerous bones in his body. Including a broken wrist when Abyss whipped him over the top rope at Monster's Ball.

I'm gonna have to go with....Bubba Dudley.

Mr. Aristocrat 11-09-2005 04:34 PM

Chris Jericho. Not in Japan, not in ECW, not in WCW, not in WWE. Injury free for over a decade. Now couple that with the matches he has had. Elimination Chambers, Hell in a Cell, TLC, Ladder, and basically every other "high injury risk" match and never once did he hurt himself to the point he couldn't wrestle the next card.

redoneja 11-09-2005 04:41 PM

Here's one to think about: Hulk Hogan. First time I remember him taking time off for an injury was in 99 in WCW, when he was already well past his prime.

Mr. Aristocrat 11-09-2005 04:43 PM

Yeah Hogan doesn't get injured alot...but all he does is a Big Boot, a Punch and a Leg Drop...it would take skill TO get hurt doing that.

The One 11-09-2005 04:50 PM

Jericho. Bottomline. He does high rick matches, has an impressive and sometimes risky move set, and the only two times I remember him being injured, he continued to wrestle through them. (Neither was that serious, though if he had beena fucking pussy about it I am sure someone would have given him time off)

Aussie Skier 11-09-2005 05:12 PM

Jericho by far I'd say.

For the types of matches he has, and the moves he does (jump over the top rope, lionsault, enzuguri), its pretty easy to get injured doing them...but he's lucky.

RVD is another 1, who, whether he was injured or not, would always still wrestle (until this year)

I believe Kane is fairly injury free too...of course, he may be injured now.

John Cena, I believe, has yet to get injured badly.

Undertaker? - has he ever been injured all that bad? I know he had a bad foot at HIAC VS Foley, but i'm not too sure of any other injuries he's had.

Finally...Booker T? Certainly hasn't been injured for at least 3 years...

JH 11-09-2005 05:18 PM

i dont recall Cena ever taking time off for an injury
Shelton Benjamin comes to mind also

Cooler Tom Schuler 11-09-2005 05:19 PM

Undertaker had a torn bicep, I beleive.

How about Viscera?

And, I'm fairly sure these happened, but when were the last times Flair or Helms were out injured? Or Mysterio?

(Note: Old age doesn't count as an injury.)

Deceit 11-09-2005 05:34 PM

Wasn't Kane the one with a torn bicep? Undertaker had a back injury a couple years ago too, if i'm not mistaken.

Mr. Aristocrat 11-09-2005 05:37 PM

Undertaker was gone from the later part of 1999 until his come back as "The UnderBiker" in late 2000. Back injury.

Kane was JUST injured which certainly didn't help the cluster-fuck shoot/angle booking of the Hardy/Edge/Lita/Semi-Kane angle.

And no Booker T hasn't been injured for 3 years, but then again neither has most of the people on the roster. A three year stretch isn't really anythign to go write home abaout.

Kane, i believe, was not out injured. Wasn't he filming I-scream man..or whatever the hell that movie was gonna be called...I thought thats why he was out.

only recently has he got an injury i believe...altho it doesn't appear to be that bad as he's still wrestling

Mysterio had knee surgery just after he came to the WWE I believe

Hardkore Kidd J 11-09-2005 09:01 PM

Jericho by far.

Gertner 11-09-2005 11:26 PM

Hired Hitman 11-09-2005 11:28 PM

Yes, he injured his elbow shortly after entering WWE in 2000.

Corkscrewed 11-10-2005 04:01 AM

And by injured we mean visibly dislocated it. I remember watching that SD! and going  over how sick that was.

But yeah, it's gotta be Y2J, followed by Christian.

But since neither are technically active AT THE MOMENT, I gotta go with...

He's had problems with his neck, and was out for a year or so in 2002. Don't ask me how I remember that :-\

still, that's been a pretty long time

BigDaddyCool 11-10-2005 04:45 PM

I know who it isn't! Probaby Edge, Batista, and Randy Orton are the most injury prone.

John la Rock 11-11-2005 01:09 AM

All time = Chris Jericho

Now = probably Booker T
