Which would suck more and why?
 

What would suck more, always being stuck as a singles midcarder never break through or always being some sort of tag team specialist and alway just being bumped from tag team to tag team, and never really making out of that.
Anyhow, which would suck more?

If you're a singles guy who never gets anywhere, you can always say you were held down thru politics and whatnot; "They never gave me a ball to run with" kinda thing. But if you're a tag man, and you just get thrown from failed team to feailed team, it looks like you're not only unable to win a match, but you can't win a match no matter who helps you. I would much rather be a nowhere Midcard Singler than a Tag Man who gets tossed around like an out of date pop star.

of course, then there are guy who are both...Billy Gunn.

I hardly consider Billy Gunn having a singles career. And tho he did get tossed around mid-career, around the appearance of Underbiker, I'd say his NAO run with Road Dogg and the go with Palumbo were fairly successful.

A better example would be Hardcore Holly, I think. Can't really think of anyone who's been put aside in more cases than him right now.

Palumbo has also been bounced around for team to team alot and never gotten much of a push either.

Billy Gunn did have a sucky singles career and a sucky tag career, I was right.
