Has Brian Kindrick been employed by WWE this whole time because I though he quit or was released or something?

Also, I'm not the biggest cruiser wieght fan ever, but have Spanky and Paul London start either a fued or a tag team yet because I'm willing to bet they could put on a good show.

So, what about the second part of my question, are him and Paul London the cruiserweight highlight of Smackdown yet or what? I don't watch smackdown because I work friday nights, and when I don't work friday nights, I'm not at home.
