There are so many. WM20 comes immediately to mind. The recent storyline with him and Batista has been done very well, and Eddie was so damned entertaining as the slightly-shady babyface.

Him winning the title at NWO, the culmination of being as far down as can be, and fighting all the way back to greatness.

When he tagged with Chris Jericho to take on the team of Booker T and Dean Malenko on WCW Thunder.

His Raw debut, the frog splash on Jesse James that blew my mind.
WM20 was Eddie. His backstage skit with Benoit showed what an actor he was, that they both were. His performance vs Angle in the match too. His cocky heel persona was second to none. |
For me it was WM XX. I was there in person as well and it was such a stand out moment for me involving Eddie.

One of my personal favorites was after drug rehab and such, he won the IWA title. During that whole match showed just how much Guerrero had cleaned up his life. Also The end of WMXX really comes to mind as well.

His interaction with the Rock one night on RAW. Everytime Eddie would say something Rock would start dancing and singing "Ariba, ariba. Edddiiiieeee Guerrrrero....". Eddie's reaction was priceless.

vs. Brock Lesnar at No Way Out 2004. Not because it was his first title win, but because the match was AMAZING, really long, had great psychology, etc. vs. Eddie Guerrero at Halloween Havoc 1997 in WCW. Best CW match ever. |

Eddie's whole WWE run. From the Radiclaz, to Chyna, to his classics with RVD, to Los Guerreros, his Lying, Cheating and Stealing, his WWE title run, his feud with Rey (what a great heel Eddie was), and his friendship with Batista.

His WWE title run up until JBL was simply amazing. BEfore the title run too.
He epitomized Smackdown much like John Cena did before he left Smackdown. Except,it being Eddie, it was much better. The man was just SO over. Monster pops... not being able to talk because people wouldn't stop chanting. Fighting week in and week out. Being shown as a locker room leader backstage. Facing HHH on RAW and unofficially winning. (He was about to hit the frogspalsh but it turned into a big brawl) Sticking up for Smackdown when Booker T came over. I dunno... he just.... embodied the whole brand. |

I remember seeing Eddie at a UK independent show about a year after his firing from the WWF. He was a special guest and took part in a tournament for the title. He lost in the final to some UK wrestler who's name escapes me right now.
I remember saying to my friend 'he will be back in the WWE in a few months'. Due to how good he looked. He was, and gave me some times of immense enjoyment watching him. Eddie, thank you. |
i just rewatched the eddie/mr. kennedy match from friday.
the last images we have of eddie is that of the crowd giving him a huge "eddie! eddie!" chant while being helped up by the refs along with a quick (but funny) eddie/dave backstage spot. we are left watching eddie's last match that included his classic "chair shot" win. only he could pull that off so easily. i almost wish we could see chavo win that way this week. to do it the way "uncle eddie" would. that would be a great way for him to tribute his "little trooper". the great thing about eddie was that if he came to the ring one night and on the mic claimed he was black and was going to rap battle cena..... we would all eat it up and believe it. he was that good. |
Well, given the circumstances, my alltime favorite now has to be when he beat Brock to win the title at No Way Out 2004.

When Eddie won the belt at No Way Out I cried, as well as WrestleMania XX. The whole "underdog" story that WWE usually writes about was completely different with Eddie Guerrero, because it was a real comeback. Also, my favorite Eddie promo was at Royal Rumble 2005 when he stole Flair's number 30 ticket, and his wallet. Eddie, you will be missed. Rest in Peace Eddie. :(

My favorite Eddie Guerrero match would probably have to be from ECW One Night Stand - Eddie Guerrero vs. Chris Beniot. Two former World Heavyweight Champions who wrestled that one night against one another in ECW.

My most memorable moment of Guerrero was in the midst of his rivalry with JBL on Smackdown! and they had that huge match where Eddie was bleeding atrociously all over the place, but showed signs of life and was dancing his usual way and everything. He came back, don't remember if he won, but he went the distance so to speak. I remember reports saying he didn't feel very well following that much a couple days later.
