The last night of WCW, Vince was on both WWE & WCW at the same time.

I remember he said a list of WCW wrestler names and the rumor was, that one of the names he mentioned they didn't plan on bringing over, but they did because of the response.

Anyone know/remember who it was?

My guess would be someone who wasn't signed in the buyout. If I had to guess, I'd say Flair.

He did mention that Double J was Double GONE. Other than that I don't think I can remember anyone else who Vince mentioned by name

I remember he said Animal was gone as well. When he mentioned Lex the crowd booed. But I believe the superstar your talking about is Buff.

Might be Steiner as well.

It was Buff Bagwell. Triple A's staff even reported it on the main site.

Yeah as Remy mentioned, it was Marcus "Buff" Bagwell. They brought him onto tv once in the main event against Booker T, and one shitty match later he was gone.
