Need help trying to find a song name

It's the song that plays in American Pie: The Wedding when Stiffler is getting off the school bus to go to Jim's house. The name of it has been bugging 4 of us for hours.

And for the record, we didn't hear it whilst watching the film or I would have checked the credits.

I checked Amazon.co.uk to see if they had clips of the songs on that CD. They don't.
