Whens the last time you truley marked out?
Ive realised that its the internet that turned into from mark to smark. We cant help but read spoilers, and now we look past whats in the ring and into thebackstage politics. So i ask you my peeps, when is the last time you truley marked out due to the unexpected? I can think of the last two times.
1 - when HBK gave Hogan the sweet chin music out of nowhere! 2 - way back when the Invasion angle went down and all the ECW guys were in the same ring together and united. |
One Night Stand.
Rhyno gored RVD. Knowing that RVD was legitimately injured, I cried out 'NOOOO!' as the Van Dam was gored pretty much out of no-where. It was shot so well and timed so perfectly that for those brief seconds, it felt almost real. So I wouldn't say I marked out, but it was the only time since the main event of Mania 17 that a match stimulated such intense emotions |
When Shane McMahon showed up on Nitro.

Honestly, I marked out for Shane O'Mac coming back last night. I have always loved Shane.
Before that...HBK's "Larry King Live" promo. Basically all of One Night Stand, the the entire build up. Chris Benoit winning the World Title. Eddie guerrero winning the World Title. The entire Jericho/HBK fued build up before XIX. HBK/HHH match at SummerSlam. Anytime Heyman gets to shoot (before Survivor Series '01). When ECW started the (breif) InVasion on WWF & WCW. Those are all the mark out things I could think of since Mania X-Seven. |

Last time I truely marked out was the ECW One Night Stand stuff. I've also marked out this year a few other times, for example when HBK SCM'd Hogan, when Shane returned, and when Bret and Matt's music teasers played. But the last time I truely OMFGZ marked out was the ECW stuff back in June.
