WWE News: Update on Joey Styles, Different Flair/HHH ending
Submitted by Matthew Tremley on Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at 12:38 PM EST
# Many fans are wondering what the situation is with Joey Styles & the WWE. Well, as it stands right now, the company has a verbal agreement with the former voice of ECW to stay on to be the permanent lead announcer on Raw. It is expected that a formal contract will be signed very soon. # It appears that the ending of "The Last Man Standing" match between Triple H & Ric Flair was not the ending that the WWE originally had in mind. The company was originally going to have "security" come out and pull the two wrestlers apart after their match, but it was Ric Flair who pushed for the idea that they went with, which was leaving him laying after HHH nailed him with the sledgehammer to end the match. |
Are we entirely sure it was Flair's idea?
Are you kidding me? Falir is farther up HHH's ass than HHH himself.

Props to Flair for putting a young up and comer over. :y: :y:
Yeah if that kid keeps it up he'll be world champ one day
Howcome styles doesn't feel like a "lead announcer?"
