The wrestling reference. Whatsupwitdat?

There is a move called the cobra stretch. Similar to the Abdominal stretch.

Stretching refers to certain submission holds. It's not a common used phrase... I think in WCW they used it in reference to Saturn a lot.

To clarify certain submissions, it's for holds like Abdominal stretch, Rings of Saturn, I believe certain arm bars, Octopus hold, etc. It doesn't refer to moves like sleepers, key locks, etc, as far as I know.

He said it because rap lyrics usually don't mean anything. It's usually just random words thrown together hoping to find a rhyme. Hence, rap sucks.

But it does make sense?

i'm pretty sure he's referencing Jake The Snake whipping up a line one a mirror and snorting it.

What he means is he's in the kitchen with baking soda, turning his coca(ine) into crack cocaine by mixing it with (baking) soda (as well as water). Thus he is stretching it out by diluting it ("like a wrestler" is just a metaphor to compare it to wrestlers who stretch out to make their opponents submit as mentioned).

As for the middle line, he's just saying that he made enough crack to afford himself a watch, no he wants to make enough to get himself a Range Rover.

Jay-Z mentions in a lot of raps about how he sold crack.
