Popular Songs at Sporting Events
What are some popular songs at sporting events? My sis is doing a project for her music/culture class and she can really use your help.

Welcome to the Jungle seems to get played everywhere.
Rock 'n Roll Part 2, got played anywhere until Garry Glitter got arrested as a petophile so most places wont use it. I know the Patriots use Crazy Train (I'd guess some other do also, cause I'd assume the NFL would get the rights for multiple use, not just one team?). Hells Bells There's another that I've heard a lot, I think someone told me once it was from the Wizard of Oz... it's just like "o-e-o, oooooooooo". |
Darude - Sandstorm
Todd Rundgren - Bang the Drum All Day The Y'all Ready for This song, dunno who it's by |
John Fogerty - Centerfield, possibly the worst song ever
|
Europe - The Final Countdown
|
Queen- Pick pretty much any song they've made.
|
nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah nah, heyyyyyyyyy, get your gears off, show us ya tits!
|
acdc - hells bells
|
The Ramones - Blitzkrieg Bop
Quad City DJs - C'mon & Ride It Prodigy - Firestarter 2 Unlimited - Get Ready 4 This House Of Pain - Jump Around Republica - Ready To Go Queen - We Will Rock You There are tons more. Some teams have certain songs that are associated with them more than others. For example, "Final Countdown" is sort of ubiquitous for player introductions now, but it was sort of made famous by the 1990s Chicago Bulls. |
Rolling Stones - Start Me Up

I've heard Linking Park - Numb at quite a few football games.
