Combining the rosters
How would you do it?
Who would you release? Who would be your champions? |
I wouldn't. There are just too many guys on the roster to all of a sudden mash them all together. 75% of people who are getting pushes now would be buried within a matter of months so that HHH, Cena, HBK, and UT could get more screen time.
Upon his comeback, RVD would be totally lost in the shuffle (instead of mostly lost like he will be when he comes back). Ditto Ken Kennedy. Hell, Kennedy would probably be released before he could come back. The cruiserweight division would become completely nonexistant (not even the one weekly Velocity match). I just think it's a bad idea. Always have. They've come this far with the split rosters, recombining them would be pointless. |
You think it'll be split forever? I don't think so.
The day another big time company comes on Monday Nights, and if at some point WWE ends up losing ratings like mad for weeks....they would have to seriously reconsider. But yeah, tons of talent would then have to be cut. |
If I had to unite the titles, I'd saw Batista and Cena in half and stitch Batista's right side to Cena's left.
Then I could unleash the WWE World Heavyweight Funkenstein Animal. Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to see him. |
FF..you just lost cool points.
|
Don't worry, I'd use their other halves in a satanic ritual cursing CZW. :shifty:
|
And now the talking priviledges are revoked.

No words necessary. |
Ow. I got put in my place.
FF, I apologize. What I meant to say was that you're a sexy freaking beast. |
|
Mmm. That humblepie.

Quiet you!

it wont happen Vince likes it like this. HHH looks at smackdown as a place where guys he doesn't want to work with end up.
|
I too think that recombining the rosters would be a terrible idea. Until one show gets cancelled (likely Smackdown), or another company comes up huge (prolly not for a long time unless Ted Turner buys TNA and steals all the big names from WWE), the rosters will stay divided
|
how does ted feel abt wrasslin nowadays?
|
Knowing the WWE and thier legal team, Ted Turner is probably not even allowed to watch any professional wrestling until his no compete contract is up. The contract also states that Ted Turner will also be brainwashed to forget anything he has done for pro wrestling in the past, and conditioned to hate pro wrestling once he is legally allowed to watch it again.
