I hope they let Shelton bust out a chorus of "HBK is Crap". That would definately get him noticed more.

If Shelton and Shawn feud, Shawn Michaels (depending on if the writers book correctly) will make Shelton a star through the matches .

^I think that's a bit disrespectful to Shelton to say it like that, Shelton has the talent to make himself a star against HBK, though I get what you're saying.

True, Shelton has all the talent in the world. However (case in point, Christopher Daniels) talent alone cannot make you a star, you have to have a legit main eventer (or icon in HBK's case) sell your stuff, and create a story in the ring that makes you believable. Talent or not, you have to be made. Similar to passing the torch.
