Cade and Murdoch split because there was sexual tension between Laurence Cade and ring announcer Lilian Garcia.

Because it seems like they have high hopes for Murdoch in the IC title scene.

Cause the writers of Deliverance were gonna sue the WWE. :shifty:

There were no plans for them to win the tag titles back anytime soon with Kane & Show given the belts, and they wanted to test the water with them for singles wrestlers. Probably because Murdoch was getting a good reaction. That's why he was given an IC shot against Flair and that GM convo with Vince. Cade is vanilla, so what better thing to do with him than use him to mock Jarrett?

And so they split one of the few tag teams on a sparse roster?

We're talking about WWE. The tag championship on Raw hasn't meant much in the past few years. Currently, they have Heart Throbs, Val & Vis and Snitsky & Tomko as active teams with Show & Kane as champs. That alone is as big, if not bigger a bigger division, than it was at some times.

I know, but taking two upper level singles wrestlers (Whether you think they have skills isn't important, they're threatening the midcard and upper card) and putting them in a nonexistant division, then booking them against the other brand seems dumb even by WWE standards.

When did this all happen? Aint watched it for a few weeks now

Apparently they wanted to push Murdoch, so Cade got screwed.

I think that has to be the shortest lasting tag teams ever. 1 and a half months.

I dunno, how about Mark Jindrak and, once again, Garrison Cade?

I think they lasted a little longer.

Hell Cade's been unlucky with partners eh?
