Remember the episode of RAW from 1995 where Michaels is wrestling Owen Hart and collapses in the middle of the ring? They made it look very real.

My question is, wasn't there a doctor who came into the ring from the audience and they had to tell him it was part of the show?

It was IYH, and HBK never said anything about a Doctor coming to the ring in his book.

It was not IYH. It was RAW. I just watched the tape.

Yeah your right it was Raw. I was wrong, but he did never say anything in his book about a doctor.

there were doctors/medical people, but no real doctor ran in thinking it was real. lol

Any doctor/medic/EMT in the stands should have the common sense to know that there's a legit crew of medical personell at shows like this. Now, if he saw the EMTs rushing out there, it might be prudent for him to offer assistance, but I don't think any doctor would go running down to the ring...
