Todd Grisham. He may not be the best with wrestling knowledge, but he has a good voice, and he has a pretty decent sence of humour. I see this guy one day being a SmackDown! commentator or something.
The Heart Throbs are a fantastic tag team that should be on SmackDown! where they can work tag team matches and get over as a tag team.
Josh Mathews is a great commentator. I think he and Todd Grisham should be paired together on Heat & Velocity respectively. They would click really well, IMO. Mathews can bring the knowledge, Grisham can tell us what they're current programs are, etc.
Carlito & Chris Masters. They may not be excellent, but they are both good. It upsets me when people say "Carlito can't wrestle", because he can, he's jsut been toned down by the WWE. His debut match against John Cena for the WWE United States Title on SmackDown! was the most interesting John Cena match I'd see for months up until that point. Carlito deserves some credit for that.
Val Venis is MAJORLY underrated, IMO. The guy could work some solid 20-minute classics. He's every bit as gifted as guys like Edge & Christian, maybe more. His match with Shelton on RAW was some good stuff, IMO. Also go on to youtube.com and type in "Val Venis", and watch the match with CM Punk. It's some pretty good stuff from memory.
If they put Venis into ONE match with Edge, Kurt Angle or Chris Benoit, and let him hold his own for a good portion of the match, I think the fans would warm-up to the guy. Especially if he was allowed to cut his promos again. "You know, The Big Valbowski is a lot like a Rubick's Cube; the more you play with it, the harder it gets. A-heh-heh-heh..." :'(
Paul London & Brian Kendrick are underrated as well. Not only by the WWE, but by the fans. Granted, I act as if they are saviours of the company, which may be hyperbole, but they are solid additons wherever they go. Let them work in the tag team scene, let them work with the cruiserweights, let them worth with Kurt Angle as a new Team Angle, I don't really care. Just use them, and I can honestly see these guys joining Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio & Shawn Michaels as successful smaller guys, even if they are even smaller than those guys.
I'm also going to list Triple H as underrated. People act as if the guy is a cancer to the WWE. He's a great wrestler, and gets way too much shit for just being good at what he does. The longer he stays away from the World Title, the better, though.
Kane is underrated. Some like him, others see him as another useless hoss. Remember when Kane used to bust out tilt-a-whirl slams? Kane can work some good matches.
I'm going to call Charlie Haas' charisma underrated as well. Everyone says Haas is boring, and it doesn't matter how good you are unless you're charismatic. Haas does has charisma. He's got that "perfect high school guy" appearance about him. He gets the girl, he does well at sports, but he's also smart and he looks like he could tell a good joke or too as well. If they bring Haas back, and they let him work with Triple H, much like Shelton got the chance to do, I think he could be huge.
