Basically, you put in the name of a Band that you like, or song, and it creates a radio station of bands that have similar, musical traits to that of the band you gave.

I read that as "Pantera" so I guess that will be the first band I try.

I don't know, I've tried a few artists and permutations, but I end up with the same sort of stuff I get from a *(Genre) splatstation.

It's pretty cool.

I tried it, found it meh. I'll stick to launchcast on Yahoo. It treats me better (IE, will actually play things I tell it to.)
