My two picks are probably Zach Gowen and Ultimo Dragon. Gowen really was just a novelty act, and Dragon is not Rey Mysterio so thats who I think.

I think that they could use O'Haire and Ulitimo,but Kanyon,evendow he's good,they won't do anything with him.Dreamer...well they have'nt used him at all.

John Heidenreich is still kinda rookie so he would probably go back to OVW :-\
