They broke up in 1996.

I would love to see The Clash. The Specials and Ramones would be second.

Mike the Metal Ed 01-31-2004 08:59 AM

Probably Sabbath in their prime.

Or I'd cheat and go to a Monsters of Rock instead of seeing a single band.

Cactus Sid 01-31-2004 09:19 AM

Smashing Pumpkins, circa 1995

Sabbath were great when I saw them but I would have loved to see them in their prime.

I'd see Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Beatles and The Beach Boys.

Kane Knight 01-31-2004 11:11 AM

<s>God</s>Queen.

Nirvana

i'd love to be able to see the different eras of the pink floyd but probably around 1970-ish would be cool. known for their improvisation and drawn out numbers as well as state of the art sound equiptment.

DaveWadding 01-31-2004 12:38 PM

Elvis or The Jimi Hendrix Experience definitely.

Good News Gertie 01-31-2004 12:47 PM

Jim Morrison or Hendrix... :'(

John la Rock 01-31-2004 02:34 PM

seeing the legendary Jimmi Hendrix would have been the shit :y:

Sephiroth 01-31-2004 02:50 PM

Jimmi Hendrix and Queen.

Azriel 01-31-2004 03:03 PM

Three way toss up between Beatles, Pink Floyd, and Zeppelin.

Kane Knight 01-31-2004 03:19 PM

Oh, some of my other choices:

Aerosmith (Late nineties at the latest)
The Beatles
The Beach Boys
Extreme (III Sides era)
Hendrix/Band of Gypsys/Experience/whatever.
Led Zepplin
Pink Floyd
The Who (You know, back before half the band was dead...I'd love to see 'em now too, but I'd really like to see Entwhistle and Moon)

Mr. Monday Morning 01-31-2004 03:19 PM

Late 70s Zeppelin :y:
Pantera circa 94-96 :'(
White Zombie

Good News Gertie 01-31-2004 03:53 PM

Also I'm not 100% but I think I read in an interview with Cronos that they're in the middle of doing some new material, so they might be back :?:

Mr. Monday Morning 01-31-2004 07:21 PM

Oh yeah, from the little I've heard, Carcass
