Random question for you...

Stumbled across a "wrestlers obituaries" page on the net and listed is a Juanita McMahon, died 1997 (no exact date or cause of death given).

So, naturally, I wondered if Juanita had any relation to the famous McMahons, but outside of that list I can't find ANY information on a Juanita McMahon in the wrestling business. So what was "Juanita McMahon" doing on a wrestlers' obituary list??

Anybody got any idea?

Also while we're at it, Randy "Pee Wee" Anderson (former WCW referee) died a few years back. I remember when he died no cause of death was given, and according to this (frankly, barebones) list I found, he passed away of "natural causes"... but he was only 41yrs old. So what was the deal there?

Jaunita was the crazy deformed twin of vince, responsible for the DX

I'm assuming now that Vince Sr. remarried later in life, and Juanita was Vinnie Mac's stepmother.

Randy Anderson died of cancer if I remember right.

No way. Was he the scrawny guy with the bow tie in the WCW games where you would be able to knock him down? I kind of feel guilty because I would keep doing it on purpose and it made me giggle.

I thought it was a different WCW ref that died of cancer. Mark Curtis?

Loose Cannon 05-07-2008 12:06 PM

no, it was Anderson.

Indifferent Clox 05-07-2008 06:41 PM

lol at my comment.

Both Curtis (Brian Hildebrand) and Anderson died of cancer.

NeanderCarl 05-08-2008 06:37 AM

Nick Patrick must be shitting himself.

Loose Cannon 05-08-2008 09:38 AM

oh duh, I knew Hildebrand died of cancer, but I forgot he was Mark Curtis

McMahon is a fairly uncommon name.

NeanderCarl 05-08-2008 06:09 PM

Well, in the wrestling business, yes.

Second wife.

I miss Pee-Wee and Curtis both were great refs IMO.

mrslackalack 05-09-2008 10:50 PM

WCW lost 3 refs in about a 3 and a half yr span. Curtis and Pee-Wee to cancer and Brady Boone in a car accident in late 98. I believe in the modern era of wrestling the only WWF/WWE ref to pass away was Joey Marella in a car accident in the summer of 94.

who was that generic ref that was all flustered at Bash at the Beach 96 when NWO formed? He had a bowtie and mustache

However, you can't walk down the street without bumping into a 'Juanita'.

The Irish-Peurto Rican community will be pissed if they ever read this...

Sounds like Curtis or maybe Nick Patrick. They all wore bowties in those days I think.
