I might be doing some travelling this summer and I kind of want to know what's out there. Also, it's interesting to find out where some of the wrestlers I used to watch have ended up.

Some of the best wrestling I've ever seen was at an indie that I don't think is around anymore, Neo Spirit Pro Wrestling. Saw Eric Young have a ladder match with Derek Wylde that defied description.

They've done a few shows here in Ottawa, Ontario. We've had Raven twice, Rhyno (had to cancel due to a family crisis. The point is that he was for sure coming), Sabu, Abyss, Petey Williams, Synn, Team Canada. Maybe a few more, I can't remember.

We also have monthly CPW shows. Well technically it's in Quebec, but there's a bridge in downtown Ottawa that goes right into Quebec and the building they do their shows in is a couple of block away. I've never been to a CPW show (I can't justify the hour and a half to 2 hour bus ride both ways). I've heard very good things about their shows. Like really good. But it's not likely you're going to come up here. No one ever does. I can't find a website for them anyway.

Thats awesome dude. They do a lot of shows with guys from IWS (International Wrestling Syndicate) as well, which I believe is based in the Montreal area. UWA puts on a great show so I'm there every month. They also have regular appearances from Sonjay Dutt, Colt Cabana and Alex Shelly as well :love:

i went to highschool with the promoter of one of my local feds iron ring wrestling. the reg wrestlers it that are david flair, midnight express, rock and roll express, barbarian the armstrongs sometimes there dad bullet bob, terry funk was there awhile, and golddust was there up untill last month.

apparently Charlie Haas is going to be there, as well as Sabu in the future.

I haven't seen much of it, but there are four things of note that I remember seeing:

1. "Shadow", who eventually ended up in TNA as Lance Hoyt
2. AJ Styles had a match or two there
3. Ahmed Johnson had one of the worst tag matches ever, tagging with "Action Jackson", where he got handcuffed and just sat in the corner for like 90% of the match
4. Some guy hitting a buff blockbuster on somebody else into a swimming pool, and then putting him on an inner tube and pinning him.
