Sorry if I missed the thread(s) about this match, since it has been nearly a month since No Way Out but I finally got around to watching it last night and

HOLY SHIT WHAT AN AWESOME MATCH!

These two put on a fucking clinic.

MOTY Candidate, and it's my bet that no other match in the next 9 months left of the year will top it.

One of the best matches to come out of a WWE ring. A must for all wrestling fans, IMO. If you have not seen it, maybe someone here could upload it because it is worth it.

I have not been that excitied for a wrestling match in a very long time, and I even knew who won beforehand.

Yeah it's an awsome match. I love it.

It was a good match although Taker got screwed and shuld have won. Taker is my second favorite on Smackdown.

Batista coming back at NWO was the best!!

How'd he get screwed, Angle won cleanly. What match were you watching?

Great match, especially great because there was no Mark Henry (on that occasion)

He got screwed because it wasn't a real pin and Angle was going to tap out

I was watching it at Hooter's and EVERYBODY there was marking the fuck out. Half were Angle fans, half were Taker fans....just amazing. TNA couldn't do something like that.

I was thinking that exact same thing. TNA could never pull off something so incredible

it was an awesome match indeed. This should have been the Wrestlemania 22 main-event instead of that triple threat that no one cares about

The thing that made that match great was that it made you question who was going to go over, at first I thought Angle for sure, but the more it went on the more I was thinking Taker could take this one.

This match probably had the most Japanese feel I've seen from a US ring, mainly with the way they slowly built everything up, with all the near falls and counters getting more and more intense as the match went on.

Si. I won't be surprised if it is voted as MOTY as it had heeps of changes in momentum with lots of creative moves and counters. (Though, certain people believe Angle still carried Taker.=/ *nudges KK* :p)

I fell asleep at the beginning of the match. I MISSED IT DAMNIT! :(

Yeah nothing else to add apart from I agree that it was a great match.

That is probably my top match of the year so far. I'm an Angle mark, so I know we are guaranteed great matches from him. But I was impressed with Undertaker. He really hasn't pulled out the stops on his ppv matches like he did with this one. I give both men 2 thumbs up, awesome match.

I believe that is why Angle was pissed about the main event anyways. With a triple threat, it's not likely you'll get as quality of a match if it would have been one on one.

Does anybody have this match? I was in Vermont at the time, and the hotel didn't have PPV. :(
