Those were both when it was false though. It was even on TPWW that he was still entertaining both.

Yay. Shannon Moore's pretty good, in my opinion. Bring back Akio and I will have a huge celebration.

Even if the Prince of Punk thing is copyrighted by TNA, is he still allowed to use it in broadcasted interviews etc. like above?

The Prince of Punk thing IS trademarked by TNA.

However, It's only for wrestling performances and exhibitions, and I don't think an interview like this counts, unless someone bills him as "the prince of punk, appearing live at XXXXXX"

I couldn't care less about this guy.
